Exhaust Manifold Flange - 2GRFE

For those building a custom 2GRFE turbo kit manifold, or headers, or just trying something new, these flanges are the perfect solution to get started on building a 2GRFE exhaust setup. Laser-cut from high-quality material, we offer these in mild steel and full 304. With our flange design, we focused on minimizing leaks due to warpage while still providing as much material for fabrication and mounting strength.

These flanges are offered in both 3/8" and 1/2". We suggest 1/2" thick flanges for forced induction/turbo setups, due to the increased stress and heat. We use 1.9" port diameters which fit 1.5" Sch. 10 pipe.

Custom inner diameters are available for different tube/pipe materials. 

*Please note, that best practices and care must be observed whenever welding a gasket-mating flange, such as this. Regardless of material and thickness, improper heating can lead to the flange being warped and will require flattening before installation.* 

Most sizes are in stock, please provide 1-2 weeks lead time for any odd sizes.
