Exhaust Stud Kit - 2GRFE R2
A simple way to replace the damaged or worn-out exhaust studs on the 2GR. Fresh studs and nuts will provide solid clamping force on the exhaust manifolds in a factory build or a forced induction application. This includes factory Toyota hardware which is the highest quality fastener you can use in a high-heat application such as the manifold. This OEM bolt also use a torx head for easy installation and removal.
With the included anti-seize, hand thread the studs into the cylinder head and then place the gaskets and manifolds on the head. Secure the manifolds with stainless steel or copper nuts. After all the bolts/nuts are handtight, final torque to 15 ft/lbs in a star pattern.
