MLS gaskets require a surface finish usually less than 30-35Ra (roughness average) and a warplimit of .001 across the head/block. Please ensure your engine is prepared for a proper head gasket installation before assembling a new head gasket. Failure to inspect tolerances may result in premature head gasket failure.
